Distict StateWise and export Excel from Text file input

Hello Experts,

I got below code by Jindon Sir,
with the help of this code i am trying to solve the my problem also i am trying to Ado connection but got fail.

I have text file with Carat ("^") Separator around 24,00,000 data and having 3 Columns "A, "B", "State"
there is 28 States in Column 3. i want state wise excel from this input.
means total 28 or whatever state in it with all data.

Hi,

I have manage 99% solution,
Problem is that after splitting columns it find alpha numeric string (eg. wb322322710019) in 2nd column but it read as null
i don't understand why it is.
