Enable macros and delete an email from inbox and then from the deleted items with VBA

Hi There,

I have 2 questions,

First is there a way that I can enable the macros (the yellow line in excel) with VBA?

Second, how can I delete an email that have been sent from the sent items, and later in the same sequence, deleted from the Deleted Items in Outlook once it arrives to the deleted items?
