If column contains specific text then value of another cell changes.

Hello guys, im having trouble getting this one to work. So:

I have a code set where if column G is NOT blank then column B = "O" (open) that tells me that the order is new/open.

Now what im looking for is if column O = "Complete" then column B = "P" (partial) that tells me the order is partially done.

AND if column P = "Complete" then column B = "D" (Done) which tells me that the order is completely done.

It works when I enter value into column G because column B changes to "O" (green font) but when I enter "Complete" in either column O or P nothing happens (red front) . . . Any ideas?

No luck with that one, nothing happens when I mark either O or P with "complete"

I saw your attachment.. works fine there but for some reason it's not working on mine. I attached a sample of my workbook along with your code.

Got it! After a while of playing around with it I found what the problem was. If you look at the code I posted in the beginning; I had to merge your code with that one. Starting a new "Private Sub" was what was keeping it from working properly. Works like a charm now! Thank you for your patience and brains!
