Looking for a way to generate a bunch of bar codes from a list of Excel checkbox

I am looking for a way to generate a bunch of bar code from a list of Excel checkbox to later print and scanned into another system.
It would look like this:

Pick any item below

Choice1,value ( )

Choice2,value ( )

Choice3,value ( )

Choice4,value ( )

Choice5,value ( )

Choice6,value ( )

Choice7,value ( )

If any,or many choice(s) are selected a bar code would display on the right side and after the selection the user could print the page with the choices and the bar codes.
Anybody have suggestions on how to do this? The bar code must be hidden if choice is not pick to avoid errors later.
