Load picture from worksheet into ActiveX Controls Image

Dear All

I was trying to load a 'picture 1' from my worksheet to 'Image1' in activeX Controls.

I tried this code but not working

Probably not possible, and if it was, it would be more complex than image1=picture1.

Easier to load the image from a file instead of from the worksheet. There are other options, and they don't include an image control.
