Need help merging 2 codes together.

Hi,

Please can someone help me?

I have 2 VBA codes that need work on the same cell and I just can't get it to work together.

Here is my first code:

Both codes need to work in column E and I need the first code to run first.

I hope this makes sense and any help would be much appreciated.
