I have attached a template that I want to use for "manual" checks. I there a way to supress or hide the zeros in column "L" when I print? I have looked at the printer set up page and can print "black and white", but the zeros still show when I print preview.

Try this: Put this in L2 and pull the formula down
=IF(H2-J2=0,"",H2-J2)
