    Count by status and remarked by

    Hi all
    Good days

    I have data in excel file
    Its have 3 sheets
    1st Sheet is "Data"
    2nd Sheet is "output"
    3rd Sheet is "all status"

    First I need to count total status code and remarked by user for "output"
    second Need to count total all status code and remarked by user for "all status"


    Everyday I will received 200 thousand data and need prepare all this output and all status as daily routine task

    I have attached sample data

    Pivot tables will be what you want to do. They can group and subtotal, average, and any number of other functions, to your data.
    Learn how to do Pivot tables, what you are wanting is very basic for the pivot table.

    I recommend posting more specific questions into the Pivot table section if you get stuck on certain things as you are building your pivot tables.

    200 k seems a lot for a PT

    AFAIK Power Query or PowerPivot can handle these kind of numbers

    The data will maxsimum 200k and minimum can be 10k

    Please ,can it be done in macro as to be count only to rows by

    I agree it's large, but it did seem that this is a very basic need, which is to do a few subtotals on just a few columns of data. A pivot table would do just fine with that and I suspect would do the totals faster and safer than some VBA code. I've not used the tools you speak of, thanks for mentioning them, I'll check them out.
