Gather values from a sheet after pasting

Hello I have a list which holds work time from employees that work under me, once every month I get another list which is a full list of all of the company employee hours, I paste the full list on the same workbook but different sheet and manually copy and paste work hours only my employees. Is there a way that when I paste full list to another sheet, my list automatically gathers work hours based on the employee name? Also work hours are colored in a way of at what site that person was working, so maybe i could copy cell collor too? I am attaching 2 files in which are my employee work hours and what I have to paste when it is a new month. On the "Hours" spreadsheet there is Sheet1 and sheet "Month" also Im attaching workbook "new info". So all of the values in "new info" have to be pasted on Hours->Sheet1, and "Month" sheet has to take and show hours only for its names. If all works after pasting it they all should say "1" in their hours.
