filter to array not advanced filtering for second loop

Code that advanced filters as a range copying the result back to the source area after clearing data. Works for 1 pass of "fil" but the debug.print in the immediate window shows me that the second filter is not being applied so the code over writes the source data with itself.

Any pointers or a more elegant approach?? its basically 2 filters on different columns writing end data back to the source data area
