Excel Delete rows between two specific cells

Need a help, I wanted to delete all the rows between two cells containing a specific text.

For example: Cell B16 contain text "Description" and B28 contain text "Transportation". Now i wanted to delete all the rows in between the Cell "Description" and "Transportation". Need a VBA code for this.
Note: Text "Description" always remains in B16. However, text "Transportation" keeps changing based on the file contents.
