How to run a delete macro but leave rows based on certain values

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to figure out how to create a macro which would delete all rows except those that have a cell with 0064914800 which is the front part of a UPC code 00649148002059/000.
That string is common in up to 30 rows up to the point of the last 2 zeros (00649148(00) and are a unique product identifier. These values will always be in column C in Sheet1 with approximately 500 rows. I have attached a sample workbook with the rows we wish to save highlighted in yellow starting at row 275.

Hey Mumps1,
I tried running this macro in another workbook and no joy! I'm not seeing in the macro where its referring to a particular workbook or worksheet so I can edit.
Workbook name is LOTTERY IMPORT and worksheet POS if that makes any difference? Cell range is the same!

What does that mean? Does it not do anything? Does it crash and burn? Do you get an error message?

There's nothing in the macro to restrict it to a specific workbook or sheet.

Have you copied it into a standard module in an .xlsm/.xlsb macro enabled workbook and enabled macros?

I'm an idiot! I had it in the wrong order before unprotect Worksheet!
