Data Copy from one sheet and paste special in another sheet

Dear Experts,
Please find attached file and help for code as per the following query: -

Sheet Tab - FORM
Cell I10 = Project (Integration Feed or Well Pads)
Cell I12 = Numbers of Document being request (maximum 100 document can be request in one form)

Based on the cell value I12, Blank Rows are hiding from H23:H122

Once the "Submit Request" Button Clicked in the FORM tab, data should copy and paste special value in the Sheet Tab "Log Sheet"
Data should copy from "FORM" sheet Range D23 to K122 (filled cell only, not hidden row should coppy) in to next blank row of sheet "Log Sheet" B to I (Paste Special)

Dear Dave, I am planning to keep both sheet "FORM" & "LOG SHEET" separate, in that case what will be the code to copy data from FORM.xlsm to LOG SHEET.xlsm.
