Help with dynamic arrays with multiple criteria

Hi all,

I utilise a dynamic array so that it captures all cells with the same unique identifier (Column B) within a list on the tab ("Download"), and then copies and compiles the description of those cells together (from Column O). Column O cells descriptions will then be overwritten with the updated information. However, if the description of these cells with the same unique identifier are the same, then it will not add duplicate descriptions. Now comes the problem as I have some components with multiple unique identifiers outlined within the next tab ("Blade Ref", range B2:U54) but I can't seem to manage to merge these multiple unique identifiers into my current array; I have hit a brick wall now.

I have attached an example of the excel workbook and the current macro ("A_Compile" Module) utilised for single unique identifiers. Any help would be appreciated to incorporate the multiple unique identifiers from the "Blade Ref" tab into my current array.

Edit: I have highlighted an example component in green which is affected by multiple unique identifiers based on "Blade Ref" tab. I have also inserted a typical desired outcome of how these should look within Column Q (Combined with no duplicates).
