Any code for find and replace data in a cell?

Hello

Im looking for a simple way to find and replace data for url rewriting. See image for example.

In my excel sheet i have 2 columns old text en new text.

Is there any code they can find the text in column_a in colum_b and changing that to column_c?

You can use SUBSTITUTE function for this one.
Example: =SUBSTITUTE(A2;B2;C2)
