Change color of the textbox (Form Controls) based on checkbox selection

I am not using User Form. I am doing regular spreadsheet but enhancing it with the Developer (Form Controls and Active X Controls). I want the textbox cells (B8-H11) turned grey or deactivated if checkbox C is checked. Please help me with both scenarios color and deactivation.

Also If A is not checked, textbox2 or cells (B8-H11) should be disabled.

This will disable TextBox2 when CheckBox3 is checked.

I also need if A is not checked, disable the textbox 2. Can you help with that?
