Export each row from Excel to separate xml and name xml based on first row

Hello,

as the title describes I've been trying to export Excel rows with multiple columns to separate xml files named based on first column.

Tried modifying a few codes, spent a few hours on the challenge, did something similar a few years ago but can't get it to work. I only managed to export all rows to a single xml. Seems like a situation that would be common enough. Was using macros in Office Professional Plus 2016.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, hopefully I managed to attach the xls sample and the desired xml (txt). I'm new here, hope my thread isn't too inappropriate, thank you in advance and have a great day.

Had to put the code in a textfile because firewall is acting up on html-tags.

Bakerman2 thank you for your reply, tried it and your macro is just what I needed. Have to adjust the data and code a little, but hopefully I won't have any additional questions. Code is short and looks simple, and yet I would never be able to put it together sadly, well maybe in the future.
