Hi Jean,
Instead of coloring, how about making a big table out of all those text? See sheet2 where I've done this for you. Took about a minute. Will this help in solving your problem?

Thanks for response but indeed, the data is more complex as there are other columns so I cannot apply as in sheet 2.
