Angry Please help, it's driving me insane!! - Image to Word

Hi all, I have been trying for the last two days to grab an image from a cell (under 'Users' cell 45) without any success. I've tried all sorts of ideas without and I've finally feel like jumping out the blasted window.

I'm using the code below but the only thing that's not working is the image file, this isn't transferring to word. Can anyone shed any light as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance (I've tried the copy and paste idea without any luck).

You need to actually copy the image from the workbook, then use "^c" as the ReplaceWith term in Word.

Thank youuuuu (just didn't think of it - probably need time away from the code). I didn't see this (probably in the spam folder). Sorry for the cross-post.
