How to loop within a set of unique cells and moving onto the next valuel

Hello,

I have a large data with multiple columns, would like to place few If conditions on each row. The data is like:

Column A Column B
Account# Date
25542 11/19/2018
25542 11/19/2018
25542 11/20/2018
25542 11/20/2018
15798 11/5/2018
15798 11/6/2018
15798 11/7/2018
20144 12/1/2018
20144 12/21/2018
20144 12/21/2018

My requirement is:

• First the loop starts with Column A and then check column B for the IF conditions for the same dates and move on to the next date

• It's like each Account will have multiple Dates, the formula will check for the set conditions for a particular date and then move onto the next date

Please see if you could help me on this.
