copy and paste multiple rows into one row

Hi,

I need help to copy and paste (as values)data from multiple rows (which will change) to one row on a different sheet.
Each row has differing amounts of columns with values/text in them. I only want the columns in each row that contain values/text. Blank rows are not to be copied.
the attached file has a before and after example to help explain.

That worked a treat.

Are you able to provide a simple explanation of how the macro works?

Loop through row/column and when the data is in, it adds to the array and output at the end.

OK, so now I have an additional requirement!
In the after sheet, I actually need the first cell on each row from the before sheet to append to the last cell of the previous row.
