Can anyone speed up this block of code or is this as good as it gets?

Hey, I have this block of code I run that goes through a folder, opens up a workbook, copies the only tab over to a 'Master' sheet and continues on until their are no more files to be opened. This code runs but very slowly as it goes through some 80 workbooks (takes about 20 min). The real concern is that I am using a 64g ThinkPad 51 w/ 4 processors and no other programs running. Can someone do this more eloquently than I or is this as good as it gets?

Marvin, Thanks for your reply but that will not work as the 'Master' workbook I am creating must be distributed out to users who will not have access to my document libraries. Additionally there is some formatting that I would like brought over with each worksheet.
