Adding two text line top of the command list

Dear all,

I am having some servers name starting from CELL A2 & also having some commands list staring from CELL B2 , now I want to make the scripts for every servers in the cell D1. Just take the server name from CELL A one by one & put all the commands (that belongs to cell B). & make the scripts like CELL D ,I have attached an excel sheet for better understanding.
