How to delete ALL styles in a workbook?

I have created a set of custom cell styles in Workbook A that I want to add to Workbook B. Workbook B currently has all the default styles. When I copy cells from Workbook A to Workbook B, the custom styles are copied, which is great. However, Workbook B still has all those default styles. How can I delete all the default styles? I have seen other threads on deleting everything besides the built-in styles.

I have a template workbook (Book.xltx) with a very small number of styles, and a macro that deletes most styles from an open workbook and copies the attributes of those that remain with those from my default styles. (It's the first thing I run when opening most other peoples' workbooks). Happy to post that if you're interested.
