Use UserForm on Protected Sheet

Hello all,

I have been trying unsuccessfully to protect the worksheet and only allow users to add data through the userform. I have tried using this code on the userform to no avail.

What isn't working?

Are you unable to read/write data from/to the protected worksheet?

How/where/when are you running the code you posted?

I am still able to type in the worksheet I want to protect.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I figured it out. I was placing the code in the wrong sections
