Is it possible to have multiple personal.xlsb workbooks?

Before I try this, I want to see if anyone else has tried this. A coworker and I have both have personal.xlsb's with different macros and want to share each other's global macros. Is it possible to save each other's personal workbooks with different file names to the same location and access both sets of macros? Seems easier than copying the modules from one to the other. It seems like it could be done, however, it could be problematic if the same hot keys are assigned to various macros. Let me know if you have tried this, or if you see any other issues from doing this, or any other thoughts. Thanks.

You could create add-ins instead and share those. Shortcuts common to both would prioritize the last add-in installed.
