Question Easy Way for user to run Macros

    Hello All,
I have 20 -25 macros and have written one master script which calls all those macros. During the testing I have been running it manually by going to "Developer" tab and selecting the "Visual Basic" then go to the master script and then click on run or press F5.

Since testing is done, I would like to hand over this to my users. Can some one please suggest me any easy way for my user to run all those macros by one click, instead of going through all those steps I mentioned above.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

You could put a button or shape on the sheet & assign the macro to it.

    Hello Fluff13,

Thank you for your quick reply on this. May I request you to provide me steps on "How to put a button or shape on the sheet & assign the macro to it."

    Thanks again.

Re: Easy Way for user to run Macros

    Hello All,
I think I found as how to add a button ,
    1. Click on Developer
    2. Click on Insert
    3. From the form controls, selected "Button" Icon and that let me put it on the one of the sheet.
    4. Once I put it on a "MasterSheet" (Which has row data), then select which macro I need to assign to.

Now the problem is once my all these macros run, I'm deleting the "MasterSheet" Because I do not want user to keep that row data.

Let me give you little background on MasterSheet (how it's generated), I have about 24 crystal reports and output of that will be exported in excel, So all 24 output will be in one sheet (MasterSheet). Then I run series of macros to out each output in a separate sheet and the format it, Once all these marcos run, i need to delete the "MasterSheet"

With that it removes the "Button" that I put by following above steps. So is there any way to put such button on Top tool bar?

    Thanks again..

You can manually add a button to either the QAT or the ribbon for each user. https://www.excel-easy.com/vba/examp...e-toolbar.html
It's also possible to create you own custom ribbon, but that's a lot more involved.
