Copy and paste data then move to next occupied data set and repeat...

Hi guys!

I have attached my workbook as may help.


I have data sets of 6 columns wide and 8 deep.

I want to use VBA to start from cell A1 and select the first range, copy it and paste it into my adjacent testing area starting at cell Q1 then ill call another macro then i need it to select the next data set below the last one used.
The data sets are separated by a blank row so im guessing i need to use something like

to select the next data set and repeat the process until there is a blank cell that shows im at the end of my data to test.


Any ideas how i can code this to cycle through my data sets and copy and paste each one then i can call my macro then move onto the next data set?
