Code to ask question then compare that answer to cell on sheet then continue

I have a sheet "Daily" that in Cell (15, 15) I have a drop down that is either (Yes or No)

I would like a reply box to ask "Did you Trip due to Motor"
then I want to compare that answer to that cell (15, 15). If they answer "Yes" but the cell Still has "No" selected in the drop down
then I need the code to stop running and direct the user back to that cell and Say "You must change your drop down to Yes and rerun macro"

If their reply matches what the drop down has in that cell then continue running the code.
