How to simplify if then else

Thank you guys I tried both codes but its kind a weird I only get the "Pass" status if all the said checkboxes was ticked or checked by the user. That should not be the case.

Can you please explain what you are trying to do?
The code you posted is only effectively checking checkbox27.

If the user check/tick the CheckBox20 = value in rowcounter 7 should be "Pass" Else "fail" same goes with the remaining checkboxes CheckBox21, CheckBox26, CheckBox27.

Except that cell will only reflect the value of checkbox27.
If checkbox27 is false the cell will say Fail, regardless of the other checkboxes.

Ohh I see that's why I cannot get the exact value. is there any other way?

Maybe have separate cells for each checkbox?
Or concatenate the results?
Without knowing what you are trying to do, it's difficult to answer.
