Transfer record available to unavailable

Good Day,
Can i ask help ? i make a Borrower's form. the scenario Search item for the kind of Item (ex: Power tools,electrical)
then search again to find what number of available tools. then to list box double click and the result going to txtbox (classification, Item, Status)
and put name and the item transfer to unavailable and cannot search to "Search Tools.

if Foreman can borrow atleast 10 Tools
nonForeman Only 2Tools

For (Return) if the Checkbox is true then the item in line transfer to available
