The only thing that occurs to me is to ask you if you have checked in the VBA editor if the references under Tools are correct / valid or missing?

With references everything is ok.
Now I test sending the HTTP request via various options and I hope one of them will be compatible with all versions of Excel.
Can you attach your 2010 sample? I run 2016 and can see if it works here.
You mention http requests, is that for some web tool like Topdesk or similar?
I tested in excel 2016 and everything works fine.
And I solved my problem. Errors in these functions are not related. It was my mistake.
In the second function was error in URL. I lost "/" after "BaseURL". In Excel 2010-2016 this is not a problem, but for 2007 this is error.
And sending via MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP in first function also solved problem.
I should have solved this before, but I did not think that the "/" sign in URL is a problem.
