array formula issues when row from source data moved

I have created a an array to identify rows on a spreadsheet when a deadline date is approaching, this works fine, but I have added code allowing me to move rows after deadline to another tab. This is causing problems with the array by moving it down rows. I need it to stay at the top so I can copy to another sheet.

my array runs form lines 2-450 wit the source data at 504-5500. When a line is moved everything is still in the same place.

The movement of rows is by a drop down in column J (504 onwward) with Revoked being selected.
