Hello All,

I am fairly proficient in building/coding excel MACROS, but this problem has me somewhat stumped. What I am trying to do is to (using a MACRO) open an Microsoft Access database (this part I have figured out) and then export it to an email in the same format that the file is seen in excel. The part that I am having a problem with is the exporting of the Access database in a transparent format. I can export the database in the normal excel format but I am looking to show a very high level information (that is present in the default access format) that would be confusing to convey through the default database export format.

The solution that I have thought of is to open the Access Database and then to take a screenshot of the database which I would then attach to the email. Unfortunately I am not sure if there is a way to screenshot an open database using an excel MACRO, so any help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

If you guys have any other simpler or different solutions to this problem, I am very open to creative ways to make this process work.

If you guys need any more clarification, please post your comments below and I will try to respond to the best of my ability.

Thank you all,
