How to code delete all value of "Blank" this code is working but 1 Row at a time.

Good Day, This code is working for delete (1) at a time. but i need is all value of "Blank" is delete when i click cmdDelete Button.

if the if no value "Blank" all the data delete..
Only row that have value "Blank" will be delete.
