Unlocking numerous check boxes in a single column, variable column length

So I have this macro that works to check or uncheck all the checkboxes in a single column cells o23:o522 on a worksheet named "PayAdj".
The macro runs when I select or unselect the check box at the top of the column "Check Box 32433".

I need the "522" value in the current range reference (o23:o522) value to be dependent on a value that gets calculated on the "PayAdj" worksheet in cell BY14, also named as "lastrowdata"
For example if BY14 held the value 26, the range would be o23:o26.

I have been struggling with this little item for hours. I would greatly appreciate any help on this.

    Thankyou so much humdinaling!

The second option worked (I just needed to capitalize the "A" in the last occurrence of "PayAdj").

I could not make your first option work (which I tried before submitting the question), even double checked the Name Manager to ensure the named cell was spelled correctly.
