Copy Body of Outlook Email on to Sheet cell by cell

Hi

I have many emails which come with a table of data in the body.

If I select the body in Outlook and ctrl-c then go to excel cell A1 and ctrl-v the data gets pasted with one cell for each cell of the data table.

But if I try and do this with vba I can only get all the data pasted into cell A1.

How can I write excel vba code to replicate my ctrl-c and ctrl-v?

I did try but while it does record what I'm doing in Excel it doesnlt record what I'm doing in Outlook - the ctrl-c part.
