Can anyone help me on this please Send-Mail-with-Snapshot (2).xlsm

I need a help how to create leave tracker using excel sheet it need to be connect to email. So i just need to attached it the leave balance . I have created yet it not working. could anyone help me on this please. I am not familiar with excel.
