Creating Multiple Countdown Clocks to specific times

    Hi.

I've been unable to find a solution to this on any existing forum (if I'm using the wrong search terms please let me know).

I wish to create a live timing countdown clock based on a schedule of events so that the current and next events and their respective timings are always visible on screen. It needs to have an easy input for the user to update the schedule.

    For example:

    SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
    Event 1 09:00-10:00
    Event 2 10:00-10:30
    BREAK 10:30-10:45
    Event 3 10:45-11:30
    Event 4 11:30-13:00
... [up to 30 events in a day]

What I would ideally like is an screen (linked to real time on the PC) which shows the [hours:mins:secs] left of current event and the Name and Time of next event (or a mini schedule) below.

    CURRENT EVENT ends in hh:mm:ss

    Next Event: Scheduled Time
    Next Event: Scheduled Time
    etc.

I know how to use VBA to create simple countdown timers, but don't know how to do it with real time (linked to the PC clock). I also don't know how to create a simple user input for the schedule for laypersons to amend the spreadsheet each time. (they need to be able to quickly adapt the schedule, say if there is an issues and everything gets delayed by 10 mins or there is a schedule change). This is something I will use across multiple time-zones so it will really need to be linked to the automatic date/time of the PC in use.

Does anyone know of an existing template, or can help me with the VBA?

Humbly open to all suggestions as this is above my skill level and I've so far failed to find a solution on the web.

    Many thanks

As a starting point look at one of my previous submissions that may be an aid to code your timer.

Thank you torachan - I've managed to do what I need in the short term by using nested IF statements (horrific) but hopefully I can find a more elegant solution in one of these links. Will update if I find something.
