How to "re-code" for a Mac?

Hello all,

I have this bit of code I found and modified for my liking and it works perfect on my PC. It downloads a file off the internet into my Downloads folder, then the code goes in and finds the latest file in my Download folder and opens it. I am using Scripting (FSO) which doesn't work on a Mac. I am ready to open this funtion to the rest of my team, but half are on Macs. How do I reformat this to work in VBA for Excel for Mac?
