Count the number of cells in a column containing specific text

Hi -

I have a procedure that looks at values in column 2 and if an error is found, it places an "x" in column 3. I want to generate a msgbox that displays not only the total number of vaues checked, but the total number of errors found as well. In short, I need to count the number of times the value "x" appears in column 3 and display this value in the MsgBox.

And to explain: You've already got a Total = Total + 1 in there, it's not exactly theoretical physics to put another counter in the section that's triggered when you find an error.
