share workbook with macro.

Hi all,

Is there any way to share a macro workbook with multiple users.

I have tried to switch between read-only and write by code, but at the end this is not working.

Hope there is a way.

Excel is not designed to have two or more concurrent users accessing the same file at the same time.

You can post your workbook on a site like MS One Drive; you can create a system where each user's computer first checks to see if the master workbook
is not in use (then access the workbook).

If each user only needs to post data to the master workbook, you can create a system where their computer first checks to see if the master workbook
is not in use, then post the data.
