Hi! I am trying to complete a to do list for employees. I have written the VBA script to make this functional. However, I would like to have it automatically send emails to the employee's manager once the employee's due date for a task has arrived. How would I go about doing this?

This would require the employee to have the sheet open with the macros running. Is this going to be a robust procedure?
For example, if they aren't doing the job in a timely manner maybe they aren't opening the sheet?
