VBA to count value in range then msg box

I have a form that is filled out and based on certain responses it will change a cell value to "TRUE". In Range G5:G32 there should be 12 "TRUE" if not then they have missed a box and need to finish the form. Using VBA how do I count the number of "TRUE" in Range G5:G32 and if it does not equal 12 then have a message box that says "Finish the form" and if true run rest of code.
