Link Excel to Word 'Retrive data from excel into specific row inside word'

Hi all,

I have 1 excel workbook and 1 word document. Attached onto this post.

How can I achieve the following:

I have 3 columns names: Id, trial1 and trial2 inside the excel sheet.

Also, the word document has the same column names.

I need to write the Id number in the word document, where it says 'Id' and retrieve relevant data from the excel sheet where the 'Id' is the same as the one I have specified from the word document.
