Copy paste required data from one workbook to another

    Hi all,

I have Master workbook, if the user clicks on a button it should ask for number of records to be copied over to another File "Archive".
For example, if the user inputs 10 then 10 rows should get copied to workbook "Archive"
However those should be marked as "Archived" in Master workbook.

So when user inputs number of records to be copied, we dont want same data getting copied.

need some help and attached example workbooks here.
    Attached Files Attached Files
    Thank you

When you say "10 rows should get copied" do you mean 10 row such as rows 2 to 11 or just the one row #10?
You can say "THANK YOU" for help received by clicking the Star symbol at the bottom left of the helper's post.
Practice makes perfect. I'm very far from perfect so I'm still practising.
