Hi, welcome to the forum.
My guess yes, since I like to work with macro's I'd say write macro to do this, other is that it can probably be done with formula's but you will need to respect quite some conditions for the formulas to work properly.
I suggest you attach a file with your data and also add the sheet with how you think it should look, your explanation is quite clear and compete but a copy of the file tells more than a screen shot and will avoid us creating tables with incorrect values.
