Count cells with specific color and text

Hello all,

I have counted the number of cells with a certain color, but now I wanted to add in an additional criteria: to count the colored cells + specific text in another column. For example:

Cells highlighted in yellow are billable. I wanted to further breakdown the number to member or non-member based on response column B. Is there a way to count the number for cells for each day (day 1, day 2...) based on the below criteria:
1. highlighted in Yellow
2. Response is "Yes" in row B2


I have the below Macro to count the number of cells with specific color:
