Cell to lookup records to check if a value is found indicate the value in cell

    Hi All,

I have an excel file which can perform the following function.

On the record tab, there will be a entry of keys scanned in and scanned out. keys that are scanned out (assigned) are "New" entries and keys that are scanned back in are "Exit" entries.
On the database tab, I have a formula in cell B2 that will show the name of the person the main key is assigned to if there is scanner out entry. If there is a scanned in entry for that main key it will show as vacant.

The help that i will need is in cell L3 and M3. Almost Similar to the formula in cell B2, I need the cells to find for Locker and Pedestal that are scanned out to the name in cell B2 from the record tab. For example Roger has been scanned out for locker Key GC123 and GC124 for Locker and GC145 for Pedestal. If the key is signed back in for that person or if it not assigned to that person, the cell should just show up as a blank.

    This seems to do it
Press the refresh button next to column M on the database Sheet to run the macro
