VBA sorting. Creates custom sort, but does not execute

Hello Guys,

From about 2h i am trying to find a solution for my issue ... probably some stupid mistake in code, but still my frustration is touching a sky

I am adding whole procedure, but only problematic part is with sorting. Macro creates custom sort for range i gave, but it does not execute it.
Do You have any idea whats going on?

I am complete idiot, i set range incorectly. I was looking for an issue everywhere ... but not there.
